- Add onion & garlic into blender.
- Add oil (please no water needed) blend until smooth, transfer to a clean bowl add seasoning/ spicies. set aside.
- Rub the marinade in and out of the fish, cover with cling film & refrigerate overnight (or some hours).
- Bake for 10mins.
- Flip the other side, brush more marinade and bake for another 8-10mins.
- NB: Maintain low heat please.
